Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the IBLead platform available at iblead.com (the "Service"), operated by IBLead ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
1. Service Description
IBLead is a B2B platform that provides a pre-indexed database of businesses listed on Google Maps. The Service allows you to:
- Search and filter businesses by location, category, rating, and other criteria
- View enriched business listings (phone, email, website, SIRET data)
- Export results in CSV or Excel format
Data comes from publicly available sources (Google Maps) and is enriched by our proprietary algorithms.
2. Account Creation
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information provided
- The confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity conducted through your account
An account is strictly personal and may not be shared. Account sharing is grounds for immediate termination.
3. Pricing
IBLead offers the following plans:

Prices are listed in euros. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes do not apply to current subscriptions.
4. Fair Use Policy
The Service is designed for professional B2B prospecting use. Usage must remain reasonable:
- Exports are subject to daily and monthly quotas defined by your plan
- Automated usage (bots, scripts, scraping our platform) is strictly prohibited
- Systematic resale or redistribution of exported data is prohibited
- Any attempt to circumvent technical limitations constitutes a violation of these Terms
5. Intellectual Property
The IBLead platform, its source code, design, enrichment algorithms, and database are protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the Service within the scope of your subscription.
Exported data may be used freely within your professional activities, subject to compliance with applicable regulations (including GDPR).
6. Data Accuracy
The data provided comes from Google Maps and public sources. We strive to maintain accuracy but cannot guarantee:
- The completeness of the database
- The accuracy of information (addresses, phone numbers, emails, SIRET)
- Real-time data freshness
Our database is refreshed regularly, but discrepancies may exist between displayed data and reality. IBLead shall not be held liable for decisions made based on inaccurate data.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- IBLead does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
- IBLead is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, or loss of customers
- IBLead's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months
8. Termination
By the user: you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are granted for the current period.
By IBLead: we reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms, abusive use, or non-payment. In case of termination for cause, no refund will be granted.
LTD plans: lifetime plans remain active as long as the Service exists. In case of permanent Service discontinuation, 6 months' notice will be provided.
9. Right of Withdrawal
As the Service consists of digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium whose performance has begun with the user's consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply under applicable consumer protection law. By accepting these Terms and accessing the Service, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or platform notification at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
