UAE Business Directory: 157,000+ Companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah

By Ibrahim DemolCEO IBLeadUpdated October 19, 2026

IBLead holds 157,500+ business listings in the UAE, taken from Google Maps. 86% of them have a phone number, 54% list a website and 17% have an email address that we found on the company's own website. Data collected March–April 2026.

Dubai accounts for more than half of the UAE listings (84,900+), followed by Abu Dhabi (33,400+) and Sharjah (16,800+). Contact data is denser than in Saudi Arabia: 86% of UAE listings have a phone number and 54% a website.

You can search the whole country in one go, narrow it down by Google Maps category and contact filters, see how many businesses match before you spend anything, and export the result as a CSV file.

Phone number135,600+86%
Website85,700+54%

Emails only exist where the company publishes one on its website, which is why the email share is lower than the phone share. Filter on "has email" before exporting if email is your only channel.

What each record contains

  • Business name and primary Google Maps category
  • Full address, city, postal code and GPS coordinates
  • Phone number
  • Website URL
  • Email addresses published on the company website, when there are any
  • Links to social media profiles found on the website
  • Google rating and number of reviews
  • Opening hours
  • Whether the Google listing has been claimed by its owner
  • Technologies detected on the website (CMS, analytics, ad pixels)

Free business listing sites in the UAE

If you run a business in the UAE and want customers to find it, these listings are free:

  • Google Business Profile: the listing shown on Google Maps and in Google Search.
  • Bing Places for Business: the listing on Bing Maps; it can import an existing Google profile.
  • Apple Business Connect: the listing on Apple Maps, used by iPhone users and Siri.
  • Local yellow-pages directories: national online directories that accept a free basic listing.

If what you need is the list of companies already on Google Maps in the UAE, rather than a place to list your own, that is what IBLead exports.

How to export a UAE business list

  1. Create a free account. You get 200 credits and no card is needed.
  2. Select United Arab Emirates as the country. The search covers the whole country: few UAE addresses have a postal code, so to focus on one emirate, filter or sort the CSV by its city column after export. It holds the emirate, for example Dubai - United Arab Emirates.
  3. Pick one or more categories, then narrow with filters: Google rating, number of reviews, and whether a phone number, website or email is present.
  4. Check the number of matching businesses, then export the list to CSV for your CRM or email tool.

Using UAE business data lawfully for B2B outreach

The UAE's federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) covers personal data, and companies in the DIFC and ADGM free zones follow their own data protection rules. Generic company contacts, such as a switchboard number or an info@ address, are business data; a named employee's details are personal data. Say who you are, keep the message relevant to the recipient's business and stop at the first opt-out request. Marketing by SMS is also subject to the TDRA's rules on unsolicited messages. This is general information, not legal advice.

Frequently asked questions

How many businesses are in the UAE business directory?

157,500+ business listings from Google Maps, collected March–April 2026. Dubai alone has 84,900+.

Does the UAE directory include email addresses?

Yes, for 26,900+ listings (17%). Emails come from each company's own website, so use the "has email" filter if email is your only channel.

Which emirates are covered?

All seven: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah hold most of the listings.

Generic company contacts are business data. Named employees' details are personal data under the federal PDPL, or under DIFC and ADGM rules in those free zones. Identify yourself, stay relevant and honor opt-outs.
