Australian Business Email List: 1.9 Million Companies by State and Category

By Ibrahim DemolCEO IBLeadUpdated October 19, 2026

IBLead holds 1,916,000+ Australian business listings, taken from Google Maps. 81% have a phone number, 65% list a website and 30% (573,000+) have an email address published on the company's own website. Data collected March–April 2026.

Search the whole country, one state by postcode or a single suburb, filter by Google Maps category and contact fields, see how many businesses match before you spend anything, and export the result as a CSV file.

Australian businesses by state

When the data was collected

Data collected March–April 2026 from public Google Maps listings. Each record keeps the date it was last seen on Google Maps, so you can tell how recent a row is.

What each record contains

  • Business name and primary Google Maps category
  • Full address, suburb, postcode and GPS coordinates
  • Phone number
  • Website URL
  • Email addresses published on the company website, when there are any
  • Links to social media profiles found on the website
  • Google rating and number of reviews
  • Opening hours
  • Technologies detected on the website (CMS, analytics, ad pixels)

Email outreach in Australia: the Spam Act 2003

The Spam Act 2003 requires consent for commercial electronic messages. Inferred consent can apply to addresses published for the recipient's role, when your message is relevant to that role and the publication does not say that unsolicited messages are unwanted. Every message must identify the sender and include a working unsubscribe. This is general information, not legal advice.

How to export an Australian business list

  1. Create a free account. You get 200 credits and no card is needed.
  2. Select Australia as the country, then postcodes if you want one area (for example 3 for all of Victoria).
  3. Pick one or more categories and filter on Google rating, number of reviews and whether a phone number, website or email is present.
  4. Check the number of matching businesses, then export the list to CSV.
