Houston Business Directory: 95,000+ Companies from Google Maps

By Ibrahim DemolCEO IBLeadUpdated October 19, 2026

IBLead holds 95,000+ business listings in Houston, taken from Google Maps. 91% of them have a phone number, 71% list a website and 25% have an email address that we found on the company's own website. Listings were collected in March 2026 and their websites were checked for contact details up to July 2026.

Medical clinics are the largest category in Houston (1,270+ listings), ahead of auto repair shops (1,090+) and restaurants (790+).

You can search these listings by city, postal code and Google Maps category, see how many match before you spend anything, and export the result as a CSV file.

Greater Houston: nearby cities

The 95,000+ listings above only cover addresses whose city is Houston. Suburbs have their own city value, so add them to the city filter to cover the metro area:

Emails only exist where the company publishes one on its website, which is why the email share is lower than the phone share. Filter on "has email" before exporting if email is your only channel.

How to export a Houston business list

  1. Create a free account. You get 200 credits and no card is needed.
  2. Select United States, then pick Houston in the city filter. Add Katy, Sugar Land or Spring for the wider metro area, or paste ZIP prefixes such as 770 and 772.
  3. Pick one or more categories, then narrow with filters: Google rating, number of reviews, and whether a phone number, website or email is present.
  4. Check the number of matching businesses, then export the list to CSV for your CRM or email tool.

Cold outreach rules for US businesses

The CAN-SPAM Act lets you send commercial email to businesses without prior consent, as long as the sender and subject line are accurate, the message includes a valid postal address and a clear way to opt out, and opt-outs are honored within 10 business days. Calls and texts to mobile numbers fall under the TCPA and state telemarketing laws, so check those before you dial. This is general information, not legal advice.
